Topics could be brief reflections, overviews or insights, or personal experiences of practical benefit to others. Don’t hesitate to use the first person if appropriate.

Spell out acronyms unless they will be familiar to everyone.

If you quote numbers or research, provide links to the source. One or two footnotes or references are fine.

Include a line or two about yourself and a suitable photo if possible, will provide credit.
